Shipping Policy

Shipping Heavy goods can get expensive, I partner with freight brokers to try and get the best rates for large items. If you are within 100-200 miles we prefer to deliver this ourselves to prevent damage and cut down on shipping materials and waste.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our work and want anyone who buys our product to pride in supporting our business, this means making things right. If you have issues with a product or we need to make adjustments let's work together and see if we can find a solution.

Handmade furniture can have some faults but we don't let anything leave our shop if we aren't satisfied with its quality. If it is damaged in transit we will get another one made or make repairs to the original.
